PEACHY

I've been loving the grey, white and peachy color palette. I paired this skirt with a faux leather tank which I recently purchased at Banana Republic (Outlet). This top is so chic and so easy to pair with almost everything and anything! To add some color, I chose to pair this outfit with my peachy Rebecca Minkoff sandals. For a more casual yet chic look, you can choose to dress down with sneakers.

CUPID

In celebration of Valentine's Day this Saturday, here's a shopping guide for that perfect date. I've picked out a few of my favorites below. My top pick would be the pink dress from Asos for less than $150. It's fun, playful and flirty! Perfect pairing it with the nude strap sandals from Steve Madden, which are less than $80. Also, don't forget to accessorize but of course less is more.

This year, Chris bought me a sewing machine which I'm ecstatic for because I can finally hem my pants, dresses, shirts, anything and everything! Not sure what I will be doing for Valentine's Day this year but hopefully it involves Korean BBQ.

Happy shopping xoxo!

BASIC BUT SO NOT

My weekend was spent mostly catching up on work and wrapping up on my on-going projects. Busy season started 2 weeks ago and I'm already swamped with workload. Friday night, Chris took me to see one of my favorite DJ's, Above & Beyond, performed at The Forum in LA. I haven't been to a concert for a while and I was exhausted by the time 11pm. But some how, we managed to still make it to EMC seafood for late night happy hour. Mmmm. Saturday was spent mostly in bed recovering from the night before. Why? It was because we stayed out too late. Old folks like us can no longer hang with the young crowd.
